This
is a beautiful, spacious and quiet 2 room apartment with new fitted
kitchen and new bathroom. The apartment had been completely renewed and
refurnished in july 2007.
The 2 room apartment measures 50 square meters or 600 square feet. It's located in Hamburg's quietest and greenest quarter called Oejendorf. It's almost a villageous environnement - but less than 15 minutes away you'll find the Binnen-Alster, Central Station, Harbour, Reeperbahn etc.
The living-room with a large balcony before has a sittting and eating area, the convertible couch can serve as kingsize bed, there's cable LCD-TV, Stereo-equipment, DVD, Phone, Playstation and -Games for kids, Wifi DSL Internet, new Parquet and Carpets.
The sleeping-room has a kingsize bed, a spacious sideboard, a bureau, mirror etc. When you prefer we can also provide two single beds before your arrival. Also a baby cot and baby highchair can be provided - just let us know !
The new fitted kitchen with look into the green outside has four ceramic hotplates, microwave with grill, washer, dryer, fridge, coffe maker and many cupboards.
In the corridor you'll find a large fitted built-in cupboard to store your things. The floor in kitchen, bath and corridor is tilled. The new bathroom has a baththub, shower, washbassin, a large mirror and has also a window.
From all four windows you'll have a view on nature. Never you'll be disturbed by trafic noise. The spacious balcony is furnished.
Just a stroll away there are two underground stations and many busses. The highways A 1 direction south or Ostsee, the highway A 24 direction Berlin and the highway A 25 leading Geesthacht, Lueneburg are just four minutes by car from your apartment.
